Information you choose to share
The trial form asks for your name, company, company industry, employee-count range, work email, phone / WhatsApp number, city, optional company website, product or service, target prospects, typical contract value, and campaign budget. Your WhatsApp number is supplied through the form or when you contact us; conversation contents become available when you send a message. Please avoid sensitive personal information or confidential third-party data unless it is necessary and you have authority to share it.
How the trial form works
The form securely sends your details to Dealog’s server, which records them in Google Sheets. An internal email notification includes your submitted details so our team can follow up by email, phone or WhatsApp. The form does not open WhatsApp or save answers in browser storage. Google processes information under its privacy policy.
Why information is used
Inquiry information is used to respond, assess campaign suitability, clarify targeting and qualification requirements, and discuss or deliver agreed services. Relevant records may also be needed to handle billing questions, disputes, and legal obligations. A separate campaign agreement should address client and prospect data processing for any service work; this website notice does not replace it.
Website providers and third-party services
Hosting and security providers may process technical information such as IP address, browser information, and request logs to serve and protect the site. Fonts may be loaded from Google Fonts. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand website usage, such as page views, traffic sources, device information, and visitor interactions. Google Analytics may use cookies or similar technologies and processes information under Google’s policies. The website code does not intentionally send inquiry form answers, names, email addresses, or form contents to Analytics. Links to WhatsApp and Instagram take you to third-party services with their own policies. You can limit measurement using browser privacy controls or Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Sharing and retention
Inquiry information is made available only as needed to handle the request, deliver an agreed service, use relevant service providers, or meet a legal requirement. We do not offer inquiry information for sale as a standalone database. Records should be kept only as long as needed for those purposes and applicable obligations. You may ask about retention or request deletion through our business contact.
Privacy requests
You may contact us to ask about your information, request access or correction, request deletion or a restriction where applicable, or withdraw consent for processing based on consent. We may need to verify your identity and assess the request against applicable legal obligations and rights of other people. Requests are handled in accordance with applicable Indonesian personal data protection requirements.
Security and changes
Avoid putting passwords, payment card details, or sensitive personal data in the inquiry form. No online channel is risk-free; use appropriate care when sharing business information.
